We offer free sea shipping on all orders. Please make sure you fill in your shipping address accurately, changing your address can be a hassle.

If you don't have any special requirement in shipping, we will ship your order by ocean freight.
By sea shipping, Recroom will charge all custom tax fee and shipping fee.

If you want the goods are shipped by express delivery, that will course much custom tax fee and shipping free, you need to charge them.
Delivery time is 9-14 business days.

If length of the product you purchased more than 78.74inches, whatever sea freight or express, when the delivery truck arrived to your shipping address, you need to unload the goods by yourself.

Return Information
After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we will provide free return and exchange service for 30 natural days.

You need to take photos or videos as evidence and contact customer service for processing.
Returns for personal reasons other than quality issues are subject to the shipping cost of shipping the goods to the designated address provided by us.
