Key Feature

• North American black walnut: Selected FSC-certified wild forest walnut, retaining the natural mark of the tree, water lines and so on, each texture is unique.
• Hand-rubbed Danish plant wood oil (with flaxseed and beeswax components), oxidized gradually to amber color with age, forming a personal coating.
• Traceless hardware system: Custom brass tracks are coated with black nickel, graded in the same color as wood, and drawers are silky and smooth.
• Annual oil cultivation ceremony: Wipe the wool cloth with wood oil in clockwise circles, and the wood will "remember" your touch track to form a unique shine.
• Dust escape cleaning method: Kyoto palm broom light sweep dust, avoid electrostatic adsorption.

Shipping
Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, we are making adjustments to our shipping process. Please read the following important information regarding the potential impact on your orders and the measures we are taking:

1. Shipping Method Adjustment
Starting April 15th, all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be15-25 days. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.

2. Tariff Fees
If you choose express shipping, you need to pay for the shipping fees by yourself, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.

If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won't need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.

Note: Under the default condition of the order, after the goods are ready, we will choose to send the goods by sea and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. Before shpping, we will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer's package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@recroomzone.com).

Return: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt (natural days)

Unloading
Recroomzone always shpping goods by door to door, when the length of one side of the product exceeds 6.56 feet, the customer needs to unload the goods by themselves. If the weight of the goods is too heavy, please prepare a forklift in advance
